Hello Admins and Assignors!

We have implemented a new Bulk Justification feature that allows admins and assignors to justify multiple assigning rule violations simultaneously. This enhancement significantly reduces the time needed to justify assigning rule violations and release assignments.

What's New

Users can now enter justifications for multiple assignments in bulk, eliminating the need to justify each violation individually.

Key Benefits

• Time Efficiency: Enter one justification for multiple assignments

• Streamlined Workflow: Complete Overrides and release assignments more quickly

• Flexible Application: Apply justifications based on common violation reasons, specific officials, other variables, or a combination of variables using the interactive menu

• Smart Filtering: The list of assignments shown to each user is curated according to your account's override settings within the global assigning rules

• Immediate updates: Justifications are immediately visible and applied in the Assigning Workspace so assignments can be released, including on the Release Assignments page

The Bulk Justification feature can be accessed from multiple areas for your convenience:

• Assigning Workspace

• Tools menu (Bulk Justification option)

• Reports section (Rule Violations)
