Hello Ref Insight admins and assignors!

We've made an important improvement to our Calendar Updates feature that officials will appreciate. Officials can now access and share a personalized calendar URL that displays all their assignments.

What's New:

• Officials receive a unique, personalized calendar URL

• This URL can be added to a variety of calendar applications (Google, Apple, Outlook, etc.)

• The URL can be shared with family members, spouses, partners, or anyone who needs visibility into the official's schedule

• All assignments appear in connected calendars based on each calendar application's refresh settings

Benefits:

• No more manual calendar entries or updates

• Simplified schedule coordination for officials and their families

• Visibility of schedule changes across all connected calendars

• Eliminates the need for officials to forward assignment details to others
