Dear Ref Insight Administrators and Assignors,

We're pleased to announce an important change to our system that improves access to essential reporting functions.

What's Changing

The “Reports” item has been moved from the Assigning Workflow menu to its own dedicated menu item.

Why This Matters

Previously, reports were only accessible through the Assigning Workflow menu, which limited access only to those admins who also had assignor privileges. We recognized this created unnecessary barriers for administrators who needed these reports but didn't have assignor roles.

Benefits of This Change

• Improved Accessibility: "Regular access" administrators can now view and use reports without requiring assignor privileges

• Streamlined Navigation: Reports are easier to find with their own dedicated menu item

• Consistent User Experience: All administrators now have the same pathway to access important system data

No Action Required

The change has been automatically implemented for all users. The next time you log in, you'll see the new Reports menu item as its own menu item.
