What's New

Tournament Official Messaging

Send messages to officials within specific availability windows and filter by their response status:

• NEW: Officials who have not yet responded

• PENDING: Officials who are still deciding about committing

• ACCEPTED: Officials who have committed to some or all of an availability window

• DECLINED: Officials who have declined the availability window

Benefits

Focused Communication: Message only the officials you need to reach by using availability windows to target specific tournament dates, then filtering by response status to send relevant updates to the right people.

Relevant Messaging: Whether you need to remind officials who haven't responded, share venue details with those who've accepted, or notify declined officials about alternative opportunities, this approach ensures your message reaches the right audience.

Fewer Notifications: Reduce unnecessary notifications for officials who don't need specific updates.

How It Works

Within Manage Reserve Officials, scroll to the Responses section, and click the new Send Notification button. Select the relevant availability windows, choose response statuses, and send your message to the right group of officials.
