Overview Two improvements are now available for the Ad-Hoc Invoice creation process, providing admins and assignors with faster access and more accurate Competition spend reporting.

🔗 New Shortcut Under the Payments Menu:  Access Ad-Hoc Invoices faster with a new shortcut directly in the Payments menu — no need to navigate through the Postgame Workflow.

What's New:

• Ad-Hoc Invoices now appear as a direct menu item under Payments

• Existing access through the Postgame Workflow Create Invoices area remains available

• Faster navigation for frequent invoice creators

🏆 Attach a Competition to an Ad-Hoc Invoice:  Ad-Hoc Invoices can now be linked to a specific Competition at the time of creation, enabling more accurate spend tracking and smarter invoice batching.

What's New:

• Select a Competition from the dropdown when creating an Ad-Hoc Invoice

• Invoices with a Competition attached can be batched with other invoices for the same person in the same Competition

• Invoices without a Competition are processed in their own batch but can include multiple line items
