Android Notifications

Really need the Notifications to clear after the app is accessed. There is no indication in the app what triggered the notification. I scroll through messages and assignments and I still show a notification count on the RefInsight icon. This in turn triggers my watch to notify my of multiple RefInsight notifications, multiple times for the same.

Highlight what needs to be viewed in the app to clear notifications or clear then when the app is opened please.
