Dear Ref Insight Assignors & Admins,

We’re excited to announce a new interface for managing assignor profiles and refining what can be assigned. The configuration of Assignor Profiles has moved from the Schedule level to the Competition level, which offers a more streamlined setup for basic scenarios, flexible options for more complex needs, and new properties to filter on.

Key Updates:

• Assignors will now be managed at the Competition level instead of the Schedule level

• Previous filtering options remain: Roles, Sites, Clubs, Teams, Matches

• New filtering options are now available: Age Group, Match Level, Gender, Schedule

• Simple setup for single-assignor scenarios or for assignors with no limitations

• Flexible configuration for multiple assignors with specific limitations across a Competition

Important Migration Details:

• All existing profiles and settings will automatically migrate to the new interface

• No action is needed if you've recently set up profiles

• After today, only the new interface will be available for assignor setup
