New Feature Announcement: Request an Update to US Soccer Learning Center Data

For Admins and Assignors …

We're excited to announce a new feature that allows you to request an immediate update to the US Soccer Learning Center data for a specific official.

When to Use This Feature

This feature is particularly useful when you encounter assigning rule violations due to:

  • Non-current license

  • Expired background check

  • Outdated SafeSport certification

If you're confident these items are current in the US Soccer Learning Center but not showing correctly in Ref Insight, you can now trigger an update directly from our platform.

US Soccer API Updates

We've been working closely with US Soccer regarding some minor bugs in their API calls. We're pleased to inform you that as of today, these issues have been resolved by US Soccer.
