New Feature: Miscellaneous/Other Incident Report

Dear Assignors and Administrators,

Based on your valuable feedback, we're pleased to announce the launch of a new incident report type: the "Miscellaneous/Other Incident Report". This new feature allows officials to file reports on items that fall outside other available report types, providing greater flexibility in our reporting system.

Key Features:

  1. There are four report types to choose from:

    • Minimum standards violation report

    • Discriminatory accusations

    • Playing Surface/Venue issues

    • Other incidents

  2. Photo upload capability: Officials can now include visual evidence with their reports.

Action Required:

Please inform your officials about the availability of this new incident report type and encourage them to use it for situations that fall outside existing report categories.
