New Features for Managing Payors in Ref Insight

We're pleased to announce improvements to our payor management system, making assigning and modifying payors for your schedules and roles easier for assignors.

What's New

Assignors can now directly modify the Payor for schedules and roles when they are a user in that Payor’s portal. Those payors will now be displayed in a curated dropdown menu for selection.

Use the new "Manage Payors" button to modify payors for roles within your schedules, streamlining the process.

  • Assignors with Payor portal access: Direct modification capabilities through an intuitive interface.

  • Full-access and Payor admins: Continued comprehensive access to all payors in the account

  • Payor Modification Requests: Clear pathway to request payor modifications when needed

Don’t see an expected Payor in your dropdown list?

If you don't see an expected Payor in your curated dropdown list, you can request access by:

  • Contacting your payor directly to request being added to their Payor Portal account

  • Submitting a support ticket to support@refinsight.com
