Overview

Significant enhancements have been made to pool management functionality to help assignors better organize and maintain their official pools. These updates include new bulk removal capabilities and enhanced filtering options in both the Members area and Universal People Picker (UPP).

New Feature: Bulk Member Removal

Remove Multiple Pool Members at Once

Pool assignors can now select and remove multiple members simultaneously, streamlining pool maintenance tasks.

What's New:

  • Bulk selection of pool members for removal

  • Enhanced filtering capabilities before bulk deletion

Enhanced Pool Members Area

Improved Filtering and Organization

New columns have been added to the Members area to help assignors identify and manage pool membership more effectively.

New Columns Available:

  • Postal Code (Zip Code) - Available in 5-digit, 4-digit, and 3-digit formats for flexible geographical filtering or to identify officials who may have relocated

  • City - City information for filtering or to help identify officials who may have relocated

  • Added to Account - Creation date for sorting and filtering by membership timeline

  • Referee License - Check which officials in your pool have a current U.S. Soccer Referee License

Use the interactive menu for advanced filtering with the columns available under the Members section.

Use Cases:

  • Identify officials who have moved and may no longer be geographically relevant for location-based pools

  • Filter or sort by account creation date to maintain current and relevant membership

Enhanced Universal People Picker (UPP)

Better Information for Pool Member Selection

The UPP now includes additional data points to help assignors make informed decisions when adding new pool members.

New Columns Available:

  • Added to Account - Sort descending to identify newly added officials and quickly locate recently certified officials for pool inclusion

  • Referee License (Yes/No) - Current license status indicator providing immediate context about official eligibility

  • Use existing filters or saved reports to quickly identify newly certified officials

  • Immediate visibility of license status before adding members to pools

  • Enhanced decision-making with additional context during member selection
