All Assignments Report Missing Much Data
Please update the “All Assignment Report” to include all data that a referee needs and move all the useless data to the end of report.
Any item in bold italics is not currently there and needs added.
Suggested order: Date/Time, Field, Site, Age, Match Level, Gender, Half Length, Referee Name, AR1 Name, AR2 Name, 4th Official Name, Home Team Name, Away Team Name, Match Key (a.k.a. Game#), Pay Amount . This next group of information is less important but might as well output it after above list: Ref Phone #, Ref Email, AR1 Phone #, AR1 Email, AR2 Phone #, AR2 Email, 4th Official Phone#, 4th Email, Site Address, City, Site State, Site Zip, Site Country, Drive Time, Distance, # of Periods, Account, Assignor, Assignor phone#, Assignor Email, Competition, Date/Time Assigned, Game Day of Week, Assignment Status, Response Deadline, Match Status, Game End Time, Role, Linked, Schedule

While reviewing the “All Assignments Report” ask if you would please add these fields to the report 1) Referee Name 2) AR1 Name 3) AR2 Name 4) 4th Official Name 5) Half Length (if you have the half data). I am trying to get all key game data that a ref needs to excel. Thank you.

Yes, just a ref, not an assigner.
Looking for an excel spreadsheet (or comma delimited) that lists one row per game with the fields I had listed each as a separate column. The order of the columns is not as important as having the columns as I can manipulate column order in excel. Currently the "All Assignments Report" is missing so much data that has to be re-keyed in excel making it of minimal value.
Anything in my original note that is in bold italics is not currently on the report and needs added. That is all I am asking for. Basically add the names of all the refs and the names of the competing teams to the report.

Hi Mark,
Are you looking at the All Assignments report within the Officials portal? We have a similarly named All Assignments report in the Assigning portal so I just want to be sure we’re looking at the correct one. Are you looking to have the items you listed as columns within the global report (as opposed to having to go into each one to see the items)? You can order the columns how you wish in the global report by clicking on Actions/Columns and moving the column name up (to move towards the left) or down (to move towards the right). Thanks!
