Assignment counts (past 12 months) accessibility in Assigning Workspace

One of bigger pain points for an assignor (who cares about the development of an official) with a much larger number of matches to assign and managing a larger ref pool is memorizing every official's experience to help them grow as an official, is to quickly see how many annual CR assignments and AR assignments an official has. The slow way to do this is by clicking the information icon to view the Past Assignments tab for every official not memorized yet. 

This request is to request new optional columns for the Assigning Workspace that would calculate the annual (past 12 months) of Center Referee accepted and annual (past 12 months) of accepted Assistant Referee assignments. Recommend some type of simple acronym column naming of ...
- AR# (for Annual Referee count of center referee role),

- AA# (for Annual Assistant count of AR1, AR2, Dual or 4th roles), 

- AO# (for Annual Observer count, even though I don't believe MI uses this feature yet)
