Filters for Assignors

Feature Request

1) I'd like to create filters selecting multiple criteria (i.e. more than Location)

2) Ability to SAVE those filters (with a descriptive name)

    Thank you for your response.

    I see I can stack filters but they act as an AND expression, which defeats the purpose of filtering by certain Locations , where I need OR (Location A OR B OR C) If there is another way to do it, I’ll be happy to jump into a Zoom to discuss further.

      Hi Gus, I believe I answered via email, so apologies if this reply is a repeat … if you use the “in” operator under Actions/Filter it behaves like an OR operator. Oracle doesn’t seem to support the “checkbox” filter like Microsoft Excel, sorry!

    Hi Gus,

    1) You can filter off of any column that’s displayed in your report, not just Location. You can also “stack” filters on top of each other. Set the filter for each criteria needed on the item (column), the operator, and the expression.

    2) Once you’re happy with your filters, click Actions → Report → Save Report and name that report to save your filters. These reports are private and can be chosen from the dropdown menu as you need.
