Game Assignment Notifications

I get a lot of feedback from referees who claim they didn’t know how to accept their assignments. Would it be possible to have a red bubble with the number of notifications a referee has show up on the app when it’s not open, alerting them to a message; then when they open the app, there is some sort of banner to take them right to where they need to be to see their assignment?
