Observation reports -- new status needed and delete option

1) For each observation there is a status "new" and a status "completed". Is it possible to add a status for the administrator that says "reviewed" or something so I can track when I have reviewed each report and quickly find ones that still require my attention?

2) I had created some "test" evaluation reports when I was making my demo video. Is there a way to delete such records, or at least hide them from view? Right now, my idea is to move the status back to "new" and then filter the new ones out, but then I find that most of the observations are left in "new" status and the observer just emails me to say it's ready, so then I need to change them over to completed.
