Observations-templates for importing and report for exporting

It would be great to develop a template where we can upload observer reports for referees. The report would then be accessible under the referee (that the referee would be able to see for the game they were observed) and observation area. At the same time, being able to export observer reports so that we can track which referees in our area have been observed, the feedback provided in their observation as well as who observed them. Other data useful in the report would be the event that was observed, date observed and how many years that the referee has been certified. Filling out observations is important but if we can not share them with other mentors or use reports to find out who have been observed and area of improvement, we missing out on utilizing an important tool.
