Payment and W9

The payment information is in your own account, why do we get a random email from what looks to be a spammer asking for tax information? This all should be done within our account on the site. This day and age and the amount of hackers out there this email from <no-reply@routable-mail.com> seems very suspect. If it wasn’t for others telling me that was the email we had to complete, I wouldn’t have done it. Please update this process for the future.
