Ref Abuse/Assault notifications - by Competition

The admins love the ref abuse/assault notifications across the account. Lead assignors would like the ability to also receive these notifications for the competitions they are responsible for. Can we get a toggle within the Competition to notify the Lead Assignor when a ref abuse/assault incident report is submitted? If we were to future-proof it, then the owner or competition admin could select multiple people to receive ref abuse/assault incident reports for that specific competition.
