Self Assigning
Problem: When a referee requests an assignment (self assign with approval needed), it takes that position off the available list. Let’s say that referee’s requested assignment gets denied, it won’t go back “on the market” until I remove their name in the workspace. Is there a away to allow for multiple referees to request the same assignment?

I’m thinking more of a situation where the system wouldn’t bounce them, but rather, it’s denied via assignor preference. Referee A requests a game. Assignor sees it and says no. In that time, it would prevent Referee B from seeing that option.
Maybe a more practical way of saying it would be allowing multiple referees to request a game so the assignor has options of who to pick from without it causing the game to be showed as filled.

Hello Parker. If the official self-assigns and gets bounced because of a rule violation, the name remains visible to the assignor, but they are in a “removed” status. The spot is available for another official to come in over the top. The person is not occupying that role because they are in a “removed” status.
The name is visible in the assigning tool, this is something that was requested by assignors that wanted to see who tried to self-assign but failed.
