Self Assigning

Problem: When a referee requests an assignment (self assign with approval needed), it takes that position off the available list. Let’s say that referee’s requested assignment gets denied, it won’t go back “on the market” until I remove their name in the workspace. Is there a away to allow for multiple referees to request the same assignment?
